How We Do It
At Whitetail Ranch Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
The Small Print
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variety, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the original item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional charge.
Damaged or Defective Items:
